Role-Playing Game Overview

The video game Life Simulator – Mirada Joven is an educational and technological tool designed for the United Nations UNFPA to help teenagers and young people in Mexico become aware of different realities, practice decision-making skills, and visualize possible future scenarios to promote their full development.

The experience allows players, during the simulation, to have complete ownership of their decisions, enabling them to practice building their own life plan.

Objetives

 

  • Support adolescents and young people in achieving their full development by raising awareness about the consequences in different life scenarios.
  • Empower teens and young people to shape their future, making informed choices with trustworthy guidance, all through an experience that feels playful, human, and real.
  • To provide teachers, educators, parents, and caregivers with a didactic tool to complement civic and ethical education, fostering critical, informed, and holistic thinking in adolescents and young people under their care.

My role

 

        • Develop a compelling storyline that seamlessly integrates with the gameplay.
        • Create and flesh out characters with depth and complexity.
        • Construct quests and missions for players progression.
        • Design narratives that offer players choices.

  • All genders.
